Itinerary
Departure from the Port of San Sebastián de La Gomera towards Roque de Agando.
We will admire the area of the monument of the rocks, where the most emblematic is the Roque de Agando. A phonolitic python 1250 meters high that stands out for its size and shape.
a stop in the main square to visit the church of La Candelaria and take a break to try some typical product of La Gomera. Then we will admire the Fortress, today a natural monument.
We will visit the museum of the Loceras, which are a group of women who continue to keep the tradition of pottery alive
From this viewpoint you can admire El Palmarejo, the work of the renowned major artist César Manrique. From there, we will contemplate the deepest ravine of La Gomera, with its different layers of lava that tell the history of the land. In this spectacular corner began the conquest of the island, marking the beginning of an era full of adventures and challenges. An example of how, in the past, gummers used every inch of soil for sugarcane production. Without a doubt, one of the most beautiful viewpoints on the island.
In this charming corner of Garajonay National Park, we will walk along a path that will allow us to enjoy the fascinating ecosystem of the laurel forest. When you arrive at the restaurant, you will have time to taste the typical food of the island and listen to the gomero whistle, the local language declared a World Heritage Site.
In the new visitor center, opened at the end of August 2024, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the rich history and nature of the island. You can explore the geological age of La Gomera, as well as buy and taste the famous gomera cookies. If you want to stretch your legs a little, you will find a viewpoint above the center from where you can admire the stunning greenery of the National Park.

About Tenerife
Tenerife is the largest of the Canary Islands, dominated by Mount Teide, Spain's highest peak, with black-sand beaches, banana groves and laurel forests.
Tenerife rises from the Atlantic to the 3,715-metre summit of Mount Teide, a volcano whose national park of lava fields, strange rock formations and vast craters is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. A cable car climbs most of the way up. The air is so clear that the island hosts astronomical observatories, and stargazing is a pastime in its own right.
Top-ranked sights in Tenerife: Teide National Park (Parque Nacional del Teide), Mt. Teide (El Teide), Masca Valley.
