Highlights

At Tenerife Stars, we are outgoing people. We like to explore, discover, experience, and enjoy Tenerife. We are passionate about cultures, people, communications, outdoor activities, and hiking. We have been working as travel guides in Tenerife for more than 10 years, and our passion is providing people with personalised and customized tours and experiences. The unique Teide National Park experience is one of our favorites, and it's the highlight of Tenerife. You will enjoy every moment of it! Being able to relax during the entire experience and we'll guide you through every area. Also, we will provide you with information and stories about the national park and history of the island which is very interesting and makes the experience unique and special. Not to forget, we only organise small groups and this makes the entire experience much more comfortable and more personalised rather than joining a big bus with way too many people on the tour.

  • 1Beware of excuses.

Had booked this tour a month ahead knowing it’s peak season in Aug. the night before our pick up- was called by the company - van’s brakes aren’t working - can’t go. They offered a star gazing instead or another day as option but this was our last day in town and we weren’t interested in having a cold/late night so we declined. They cancelled and refunded. Hard to believe a reputable and large company such as this had no other van’s avail. We had come all the way from nyc , had to good about booking really far in advance, had a tight itinerary put together- and for them to use the excuse of a non working vehicle to rob us of a Teide day trip is inexcusable. Absolutely unacceptable. Shame on them.

  • 5Amazing tour, amazing service and great value for money.

Another amazing tour. This is the 2nd year we have used this company, this time with different family members attending. The information provided and tour itinerary is perfect , the views are amazing and the service is second to none. Will be returning next year for the star gazing tour. Thank you again for a great day.

  • 3There was not enough...

There was not enough people for the morning trip. They purposed evening. Evening had too many people - not a small group of eight as advertised, more like 40. Star gazing was good.

  • 5Just stunning! 😍

We had a wonderful experience. Jonathan was our guide and driver and he was very friendly and gave us lots of information en route. We had some beautiful stops and then saw the most perfect sunset to end the trip! Thankyou so much. 😊

  • 5Wonderful

A nice, friendly, four-hour trip to Teide national park. Our guide, Ozzi, is friendly, curious and helpful in every way imaginable. It can be intimidating to book a tour like this in an unknown environment, but we felt like we were in very good hands. It doesn't hurt that Teide and Vilaflor are very beautiful and fascinating places.

About Tenerife

Tenerife is the largest of the Canary Islands, dominated by Mount Teide, Spain's highest peak, with black-sand beaches, banana groves and laurel forests.

Tenerife rises from the Atlantic to the 3,715-metre summit of Mount Teide, a volcano whose national park of lava fields, strange rock formations and vast craters is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. A cable car climbs most of the way up. The air is so clear that the island hosts astronomical observatories, and stargazing is a pastime in its own right.

Top-ranked sights in Tenerife: Teide National Park (Parque Nacional del Teide), Mt. Teide (El Teide), Masca Valley.
