5A great way to sample NS wines
We enjoyed our tour with Terri, who was as knowledgeable as the vineyard reps. She was full of information and tips.
5Great Tour

5Best wine tour
from start to finish, we had an incredible and memorable experience. Our tour guide JD was super knowledgable and fun so many amazing stories that my husband Hugh definitely loved. He kept us engaged and laughing and answered all of our questions. The wineries were great. We had a beautiful weather tasted some very delicious local wines. Loved exploring the winery grounds. And JD was very me to hospitable and understanding of time management. JD gets a 10 out of 10 if it’s possible to give more than 10 stars, I would. The tour was the perfect amount of time we did not feel rushed, and we were able to enjoy ourselves. Price is definitely worth the experience. It is including the driver and all the tastings at the wineries. We had a group of 16 people, but never felt crowded or rushed.
54 Lancaster Villa Grape Escapes wine tour
This was an exceptional day, Susan, Grape Escapes, was wonderful to work with, she made it so easy to plan and was so accommodating. JD, our guide and driver, was wonderful, he was so knowledgeable and provided commentary and lots of info on the way to Luckett's and Grand Pre. He was full of fun and helped when needed, both with lunch and wine tasting choices. Everyone on our tour were very impressed with the JD, the bus, the venues and the tastings. We were picked up at our building and returned there as well. A great day was enjoyed by all.
5Highly Recommend
Great experience. Highly recommend. Paul our driver and tour guide was great. Each of the wineries were wonderful, with Benjamin Bridge the favourite. Beautiful landscape & vineyards.

About Halifax
Halifax, the capital of Nova Scotia, is an Atlantic harbour city of seafaring history, a hilltop citadel and a long waterfront boardwalk.
Halifax was founded in 1749 as a British naval base, and the harbour is still its heart. Citadel Hill, topped by a star-shaped fort, looks over downtown and the water, and a boardwalk of piers, galleries and cafés follows the waterfront. The Maritime Museum of the Atlantic covers shipwrecks, the Titanic, whose recovered victims were brought to Halifax, and the great explosion of 1917.
