Great experience, amazing pick up from hotel and wonderful (not overly challenging walk) through the incredible volcano region. Our guide was so fantastic too!

  • 5Wonderful experience on tymanfaya park🌋

A wonderful experience with our guide, Sabrina. She was very professional, explaining the history of Lanzarote and its volcanoes in great detail. As soon as she arrived, she made sure we had everything we needed and gave us some water before we set off on the trek. I’d highly recommend this experience! Thank you so much, Sabrina!

  • 5Excellent Host and Guide and Interesting Hike

Sabrina was an excellent host and guide. We added pick up from our hotel for which she was greatly punctual and kind. She gave brilliant history about Lanzarote as a volcanic island and we stopped at many points to explain the formation and life of volcanos and the differences in erruption materials. The views were incredible and we were blessed with good weather, with strong winds which were expected. As well as this, Sabrina also gave us knowledge during the transport to and from our hotel and hiking route, about the history of wine making in Lanzarote and pointed out many other historical locations. I myself was very tired and hoped not to come across as uninterested, however. Highly recommend.

A different experience and slow mode perspective to discover the not so well known areas of Lanzarote.

About Lanzarote

Lanzarote is the Canary Islands' volcanic island of black lava fields, white villages, vineyards in pits and landmarks shaped by the artist César Manrique.

Lanzarote is one of the easternmost of the Canary Islands, a volcanic island of lava fields, cones and a dry, sunny climate. Between 1730 and 1736 eruptions buried a number of villages, and Timanfaya National Park preserves that landscape of black and red craters, where guides show how the heat just beneath the ground can boil water. The artist César Manrique shaped much of the island's look, limiting building heights and keeping villages white with green and blue trim.

Top-ranked sights in Lanzarote: Timanfaya National Park (Parque Nacional de Timanfaya), Jameos del Agua, El Golfo.
