Highlights

This trip is best suited for experienced paddlers who enjoy lots of hard work, difficult wilderness travel and extremely remote camp- sites. This 5-day canoe trip was created for the adventurers out there who are looking for something a little more out of the ordinary. With the extra day we're able to push out of the park and into the mysterious Tobeatic. This trip has long days (and portages!) and a lot of hard work but the rewards are truly amazing.

About Kejimkujik National Park

Kejimkujik National Park is a protected area of lakes, forests and rivers in inland south-western Nova Scotia, with canoe routes and Mi'kmaw heritage.

Kejimkujik National Park, known locally as Keji, protects a quiet landscape of lakes, slow rivers and mixed forest in the interior of south-western Nova Scotia. A separate coastal section, Kejimkujik Seaside, protects a rugged shoreline of beaches and headlands on the Atlantic. The park is also a National Historic Site of Canada because of the long Mi'kmaw use of the area.
