5Amazing, Unique Tour
Can't say enough good things about this tour. What a fantastic way to see the area. I loved driving and my wife loved the rush from the passenger seat. Our guide Andreas was fantastic -- personable, accommodating of the pace we wanted to drive and knowledgable about the area and its history.
5Fabulous afternoon with unique experiences
You will not be disappointed, fast and furious with some spectacular scenery
5Wonderful Experience!!!
A great drive and places to visit off the beaten path! Loved it! Be prepared to be full of dirt!!!
510 out of 10 Experience! Must do!
Even with my husband being a Meteora native and having done multiple traditional and hiking tours here over the years, this buggy tour completely blew us away. It took us to breathtaking, off-the-beaten-path locations unreachable by normal cars—places even my husband had never seen! As first-time buggy riders, we felt totally safe and had a blast. It’s a fantastic nature and off-roading experience that serves as the perfect add-on to the standard monastery tours. Tip: Dress in layers. It can be warm in Kalabaka/Kastraki but it definitely gets chilly higher up in the peaks of the mountains. Be prepared to get dusty. Wear closed toe shoes.
5Amazing fun experience
What a lovely experience, with such a lovely family , the tour was so much fun , guiding us in such fun trip , showing the best parts and hidden spots from Meteora, giving us a full history explanation of Meteora , which is really interesting. The whole exploration trip was so magical, the made it sure we were safe while driving, they encouraged us to take photos of ourselves in the most beautiful spots , they were so attentive making sure we were having fun and we were enjoying. The quality and safety of the vehicle, were really great, they did provided water and some clothes protection, which was beyond my expectations. Really worth money spend ever. Was such a lovely and fun experience I had in many of my travels year, looking forward to go back as there is so much to see in Meteora and with no doubt their amazing welcoming local, specially this business family which made my experience and stay in Meteora , unforgettable. THANK YOU AMAZING AND LOVELY FAMILY FOR HAVING ME ON BOARD. Until next time God willing.

About Meteora
Meteora is a UNESCO site in central Greece where Orthodox monasteries stand on tall pillars of rock above the Thessalian plain.
Meteora is a forest of sandstone and conglomerate pillars, some hundreds of metres high, rising abruptly from the plain of Thessaly beside the town of Kalambaka. From the fourteenth century monks built monasteries on the summits, reaching them at first by ladders and rope nets, and six are still active. The Great Meteoron, Varlaam and Roussanou are among them, with frescoed chapels and views down the Pineios valley.
