5Superb quality
We had an amazing experience with trotters. Camping arrangement on their private dune was fantastic. No other touristic crowds, spent very peaceful time with my friends.
5Great time with the sand dudes
Highly recommend this tour with Trotters! Great time with the camel dudes out in the sand, they cooked some lovely food and it was in general a very nice, relaxing antidote to the craziness Rajasthan has to offer! I returned wanting to become a man camel of the desert but unfortunately I had to go home.
5An Unforgettable, Authentic Desert Experience
Booking our Jaisalmer desert experience with Trotters Tours and Travels was the best decision! Their planning was seamless, and the team, comprised of genuine local villagers, provided amazing hospitality. We took an authentic, non-touristic camel safari deep into the Thar Desert, far from the crowds. The absolute highlight was the unforgettable night spent sleeping under the open sky surrounded by golden dunes, complete with a delicious, freshly cooked dinner. If you want a truly raw and enriching adventure with a team that truly cares, book with Trotters. Highest recommendation!

About Jaisalmer
Jaisalmer is a golden sandstone fort town in the Thar Desert of Rajasthan, with a living hilltop citadel, carved havelis and camel treks to the dunes.
Jaisalmer rises from the sands of the Thar Desert near India's western border, and the honey-coloured stone of its buildings has earned it the name Golden City. Its fort, founded in 1156 by the Bhati ruler Jaisal, stands on a hill above the town, with houses, shops, temples and guesthouses still inside the walls. It is one of the few forts in India where people still live, and it belongs to the Hill Forts of Rajasthan World Heritage listing.
