  • 5Great way to meet new people and experience new culinary experiences.

A great way to meet new people while enjoying a trip round a variety of Malaga’s tapas bars. Our guide Fernando was funny, knowledgeable and made sure our party of 11 strangers had a great time. He clearly enjoys his work and his enthusiasm seemed to be shared by the owners of the establishments we visited. Our tour included a range of food and drink options we would never have tried if left to our own devices. The food and wine options were interesting although people with bigger appetites may need to top up either before or after. No complaints from me or my wife but something to bear in mind, Overall, a fun evening.

About Malaga

Málaga is a sunny Andalusian port on the Costa del Sol, the birthplace of Picasso, with a Moorish fortress, city beaches and a thriving museum scene.

The Alcazaba, a Moorish fortress-palace, climbs the hill above the old town, with Gibralfaro Castle higher still and views over the port and bay. At its foot lie the Roman Theatre and the cathedral, nicknamed La Manquita, the one-armed lady, because its second tower was never finished.

Top-ranked sights in Malaga: Malaga Alcazaba, Malaga Cathedral (Cathedral de la Encarnación), Constitution Square (Plaza de la Constitucion).
