  • 5Yoga and Nature

Great experience, the instructor was very nice and me not being an expert with yoga I really had a great time especially doing it outside in the middle of nature.

  • 5A beautiful, nourishing experience — highly recommended!

I would wholeheartedly recommend Xenia for hosting a wellbeing space. Xenia was knowledgeable, warm, adaptable, and gently guided us through a lovely experience of gentle yoga, forest bathing and creativity. Her playful and kind presence helped create a space that felt inclusive, accessible, and welcoming to everyone, regardless of fitness level. We ended the session by co-creating a beautiful nature mandala — a powerful, grounding moment of connection with ourselves, each other, and the natural world. I’d wholeheartedly recommend this experience to anyone looking to slow down, reconnect, and support team wellbeing in a meaningful way.

  • 4Thoroughly enjoyed it

I did the yoga hike on Chalk Hills with Xenia. Xenia was very welcoming and made me feel at ease straight away. We started with an enjoyable yoga session overlooking the sea followed by a walk around Chalk Hills. Thoroughly recommend it for getting outdoors and doing something a little different.

  • 5A wonderful restorative experience

A lovely restorative experience led by Xenia, who was extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. Made me feel at ease and the yoga was accessible for us all. The time in the trees was really special and I learnt so much from the session.

  • 5Highly recommended.

On arrival we were greeted by Xenia and offered tea and scones whilst waiting for the remainder of the group. Yoga took place on a hill with views to the Downs which was followed by a walk into the woods for forest bathing. The day ended with a beautiful homemade lunch which none of us were expecting. A very chilled day. Thank you Xenia for welcoming us and helping us relax

About Brighton

Brighton, on the Sussex coast, is a lively seaside city of pebble beach, Regency architecture, a pier and narrow shopping lanes.

Brighton grew from a fishing village into a fashionable resort in the eighteenth century, and in the early nineteenth the Prince Regent, later George IV, rebuilt his seaside villa as the Royal Pavilion, an Indian-style palace with domes and minarets over an interior in Chinese taste. Palace Pier, which opened in 1899, stretches out over the sea with arcades and rides, and the pebble beach, lined with deckchairs and cafés, runs below the seafront promenade.

Top-ranked sights in Brighton: Devil’s Dyke, Royal Pavilion, Brighton Dome.
