After the market, we continue to cycle to Tra Que vegetable village, the place where we will learn how to cook and compete with each other to become a new local MASTER CHEF. At the village, we will be welcomed by a local welcome drink. Take a short break, we will go with a local farmer to visit the village with many kinds of herbs, vegetables, and fruits. Learning how to do some farming works, wearing farming clothes to do some light works with the traditional methods of hundreds of years ago, no electrical machinery here. Going back to the local farmer’s house, we start the Cooking class to learn how to cook some specialities such as: Tra Que vegetable salad Tam Huu, Vietnamese rice pancakes, fried spring rolls.
