2. Located between the ancient site and the modern city of Delphi, the Archaeological Museum features a fascinating collection of finds from the site, including paintings, statues, votive offerings and stars. The exhibits are displayed in chronological order and are arranged in 14 rooms.

3. Today's small town of Delphi (population 2,300) is now a gathering place for hotels, hostels, restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. It was founded in 1892, when the village of Kastri, which had grown up in the area of ​​the Temple of Apollo, moved to a new location one kilometer west to allow the excavation of the ancient site. This is a good base for exploring the surrounding area.
