Spend 2 hours or so, meandering around the alleys of Cadiz whilst sampling some local drinks and tapas! Here we will explore the food market, meet local vendors, do some olive tasting, followed by refreshments, paella & other hot tapas
This is part of our route and very close to my favourite sherry bar, so we'll be passing through en route to sample some local wines!
Just around the corner, is an amazing local hidden gem for the best cheeses and hams in Cadiz so naturally, we'll be stopping here for a quick visit!

About Cádiz
Cádiz is one of Europe's oldest cities, set on a narrow Atlantic peninsula in Andalusia, with white streets, a gold-domed cathedral and fried-fish bars.
Cádiz was founded by Phoenician traders about three thousand years ago as Gadir and still stands on a slim spit of land almost surrounded by the Atlantic. The old town is a grid of narrow lanes, plazas and watchtowers. The cathedral, with its golden dome, stands by the sea, the Torre Tavira holds a camera obscura that projects the city, and a Roman theatre was uncovered beneath the old quarter. A monument in Plaza de España commemorates the liberal constitution drafted here in 1812.
