Highlights
Cruising Halong Bay since 2005, Halong Phoenix Cruiser blends nearly two decades of local expertise with a route built around the bay's true icons — kayaking through the tranquil Pearl Farm, climbing Titov Island for panoramic views, and exploring the dramatic stalactites of Sung Sot Cave, one of the bay's largest caverns. Onboard, the experience is just as memorable: a live cooking demonstration and sunset views from the sundeck, squid fishing under the stars, and 22 well-appointed cabins with a fusion of Vietnamese and international cuisine. With a crew that knows every cove and tide by heart, this is Halong Bay the way it's meant to be experienced — unhurried, comfortable, and genuinely well cared for.

Itinerary
-08:00: Start picking up customer from hotels in the Old Quarter (optional outside the old quarter) Transfer with modern comfortable round-trip transportation from Hanoi by National Expressway through the Red River delta is a great opportunity to see what daily life is like for Vietnamese farmers. Rice fields and water buffalo flank both sides of the road, stop 1 time (for toilet) of 10 minutes and 2nd time (for refreshing & toilet at Pearl Factory) of 25 minutes before getting to Tuan Chau pier for boarding. The most interesting glimpses into rural life come during February and June when whole families are busy transplanting the young rice plants to the growing fields.
-12:00: Arrive in Halong City Tourist Wharf. Here you’ll on board and head into the bay. A fresh seafood lunch (vegetarian available if requested) is served on the way out. The limestone bedrock and sheer cliffs of the countless islets have inspired local people to come up with equally fanciful names: Stone Dogs Island, Duck Island, Finger Island, Incense Burner Island, and Fighting Cocks Island, the symbol of Halong Bay.
14:30 | Pearl Farm exploration: Discover the Pearl Farm area, ideal for kayaking and getting up close to the bay's limestone scenery.
16:00 | Titov Island: Swim at one of Halong Bay's best sandy beaches, then hike to the top for panoramic views of the bay.
17:30 | Cooking demonstration & sunset: Watch a cooking demo on the sundeck while enjoying the sunset over the bay. (Optional: massage service, book directly with the Cruise Manager) 19:00 | Deluxe dinner: Traditional and fusion dishes prepared by the onboard chefs. 21:00 | Evening leisure: Free time at the bar and spa, squid fishing, movie night in your cabin, cards, chess, or relaxing on the sundeck. 22:30 | Overnight on board: Rest in your cabin as the boat anchors for the night.
06:45 | Morning coffee & breakfast: Enjoy coffee or tea while taking in the morning scenery, followed by breakfast in the restaurant. 07:45 | Sung Sot Cave visit: Explore Sung Sot (Surprising) Cave on Bo Hon Island, one of Halong Bay's largest and most spectacular limestone caves, with stunning stalactites and stalagmites. *Proper shoes recommended when wet.
09:30 | Return to the cruiser: Check out and settle your bill at reception. 10:00 | Brunch: Relax with brunch on the sundeck or in the restaurant while cruising back. 11:30 | Disembarkation: Leave the Phoenix Cruiser at Tuan Chau Marina, marking the end of your cruise experience. 14:30 | Drop-off in Hanoi: Return to your drop-off point in Hanoi. End of the journey.

About Hanoi
Hanoi, Vietnam's capital, mixes lakeside temples, French colonial boulevards and an Old Quarter where street food and scooters fill every lane.
The Old Quarter's narrow streets, each once devoted to a single trade, sit just north of Hoan Kiem Lake, where the red Huc Bridge leads to the Temple of the Jade Mountain. Wander at dawn to see tai chi by the water, or after dark when the pavements fill with food stalls and low plastic stools.
Top-ranked sights in Hanoi: Ha Long Bay, Hanoi Old Quarter, Long Bien Bridge (Cau Long Bien).
