  The pick up was very good, a couple of changes due to traffic but they kept us informed and we ended up early at the palace. The guide Nifa was superb, I have a minor in Frencg history and she was spot on.

• 1Don’t waste your time.

  Spent over 2 hours in traffic picking up other guests then driving only 20 minutes after getting out of the city to our destination. Driver said nothing to the group and 3 other drivers/motorbikes banged on his car since he was breaking the rules of the road. Other drivers should have picked up these guess since it was rush hour and too far away from our pick up point which was already 15 minutes from our hotel.

• 4needs improvement and let the sick drivers call in sick instead of infecting the passengers.

  We were told to meet with our driver transport at a hotel across the street from ours and were given a license number to ID the van, we waited until the PU time and i had to search the parked minivans to find the driver, on the transport we had to put up with productive hacking coughs for 1 hr transit to the palace. I am still waiting for the pneumonic contagion from his coughing (he sounded like he needed medical attention). The guide was acceptable but kept giggling during the presentation, and asking the tour group questions about the various topics like a school marm. ( I think to buttress her mastery of the topic) really needs to be informing, not testing the groups knowledge. Then we had to endure an hour ride return to our hotel with the same hacking driver.

  Great tour guide at Versailles. Nice and easy transport. Only suggestion would be to offer small bottled waters and WiFi.
