Highlights
The same day Agra tour from Jaipur gives us the discernable intention to subjective reflection. The city of Agra is situated in the Northern part of India on the banks of Yamuna River. Agra is formerly known as “Aryagraha”, which translates as home of the Aryans. Agra was a city of military and strategic importance, where several wars were fought and treaties accorded. Agra is home to three UNESCO world heritage sites; Taj Mahal, Red Fort and Fatehpur Sikri. The Jaipur private tour to Agra is worth taking a shot.

Itinerary
Our chauffer driven car will pick up from hotel or from railway station. We will drive to Agra from your pick up point in Jaipur. Capture the landside area during the drive from Jaipur to Agra. We will visit TajMahal in Agra at first.
Taj Mahal is a white marble structure with the ornate installations of the dome, parks and extensive use of inlay marble work. Built by Emperor Shahjahan for his wife Empress Mumtaz Mahal, Taj Mahal strikes awe and inspires humility in the eyes of the onlookers by its sheer majesty. It speaks volumes on the eternal love story of Shahjahan and Mumtaz Mahal. It took twenty two years to build the mausoleum. Further on, you will visit the Red fort.
Earlier known as Badalgarh, Red fort brims with bustling stories of its local rulers, sultans, Mughals and the british. It has alluring palaces and extensive gardens. The fort also has a tomb of John Russel Cornlis. Highlights of Red Fort are like Diwane- E Aaam, Diwane- EeKhhas, KhasMahal, Anguri Bag. After Red Fort visit, you have your lunch or it can be scheduled accordingly. Then we drive back to Jaipur and enroute visit Fatehpursikri.
Fatehpursikri was capital of Mughal emperor Akbar The great for 13 years. It is also called the ghost city. Later on it was abandoned because of water crisis and capital was shifted back to Agra. Do visit here Jama Mosque and Asia’s biggest victory gate. This is another world heritage site recognised by UNESCO near Agra.

About Jaipur
Jaipur, the Pink City of Rajasthan, is a royal capital of forts, palaces and bazaars set against the rugged Aravalli hills.
The old city's walls enclose a grid of streets painted terracotta pink, laid out in the eighteenth century by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II. At its heart, the City Palace mixes Rajput and Mughal styles, the honeycomb façade of the Hawa Mahal, the Palace of Winds, looks down on the street, and the giant astronomical instruments of Jantar Mantar still track the sun.
Top-ranked sights in Jaipur: Palace of Wind (Hawa Mahal), City Palace, Jal Mahal (Water Palace).
