You will also meet grandmother Ana, who has been living in the countryside for 74 years and is engaged in making folk costumes. Grandma will tell you how people lived in the countryside and tell stories that have happened in the past that will show you more closely what a local family really looks like and we hope that you too will feel like a local at the end of the tour.

Itinerary
The guide will take you through the palace and you will get to know the history of emperor Diocletian. Go through basements and triclium, vestibule, see the cathedral. You will also see the smallest street on our coast and the end of the tour is with the biggest man in the city, Gregory of Nin.
Next to this town there is a small village where locals live and where food and wine tasting will be held.
Driving to the village takes 30 minutes from Split where you will see amazing scenary of whole city.

About Split
Split is a busy Dalmatian port built within and around a Roman emperor's palace, with ferries to some of Croatia's loveliest islands.
Diocletian's Palace, built around the turn of the fourth century as the emperor's retirement home, is the old town itself: its walls, cellars and courtyards hold homes, shops and cafés. The Peristyle, the colonnaded heart, leads to the Cathedral of St Domnius, once the emperor's mausoleum, and its bell tower gives views over the rooftops.
