Finaly, Ouzo Lygnos is produced in Mesaria, Santorini by the Kanava Santorini 1974 distillery. The distillery combines the traditional ouzo recipe from Constantinople with local Santorinian herbs, keeping alive the story of founder Evangelos Lygnos.
