  • 5Stimulating and engaging tour!

The presentation was very informative and engaging. The tour guide was patient and very thoughtful about the needs of the people on the tour. We were on a Holland American cruise and booked this tour through TripAdvisor. It was one of the best tours on our trip.

  • 5Walking tour on Old Town Rhodos

The walking tour was excellent! We joined Consta's tour of Rhodes Old Town yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed it. Consta was both entertaining and very informative, and the tour gave us a completely different understanding of the city compared to exploring the narrow streets on our own. The cherry on top was when our guide surprised us at the end by revealing that he speaks Finnish! 😅 We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rhodes!

  • 5Absolute highlight of our time in Rhodes

If you are visiting the Old Town, do yourself a huge favor and book a walking tour with Alexandros. We joined his small-group tour, and it was the perfect balance of deep history, engaging storytelling, and local charm. Alexandros has incredibly in-depth knowledge and is a very personable guide. Instead of just rattling off dry dates and figures, he presented the history of the island in a thoroughly entertaining way that kept everyone captivated. He was also incredibly attentive to everyone’s physical constraints, effortlessly adjusting the walking pace so that the entire group felt comfortable navigating the medieval cobblestones. He took us to all the must-see landmarks like the Street of the Knights and the Palace of the Grand Master, but the best part was when he led us down the quiet, hidden back alleys away from the cruise ship crowds. To top it all off, we finished the tour in the historic Jewish Quarter, where he treated us to traditional Greek coffee and authentic local dessert. Alexandros is warm, charismatic, and a true professional—I cannot recommend him enough!

  • 5A perfect overview of Rhodes history.

My wife and I love history and learning about the places we visit. This tour was the perfect balance of interesting, learning, fun, and not too long. The length of the tour leaves time for other activities in the afternoon, or some time to relax. Alexis was a great guide. Hearing about a place from an expert who is passionate about the subject is so enjoyable. Thank you Alexis! Our questions were answered. We had a few nice little surprises along the way. And we would suggest this tour to anyone that wants to learn the important points of history in Rhodes.

About Rhodes

Rhodes is the largest of the Dodecanese islands, with a walled medieval town of the Knights of St John, white villages and long beaches in the sun.

Rhodes Old Town is a medieval city whose walls still stand, built by the Knights of St John. Their cobbled Street of the Knights climbs to the Palace of the Grand Master. The town is lived in, with restaurants, mosques and small shops in the lanes. The Colossus of Rhodes, a giant statue of the sun god Helios and one of the Seven Wonders of the ancient world, once stood somewhere in the city, though no trace remains.
