1. Meet your private driver-guide at your accommodation or port, hop inside your comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle, and set off on your custom tour of the island. 2. The picturesque village of Bochali, almost hanging on top of the cape, offers a panoramic view to the infinite view of the Ionian Sea, the city, and the harbor. From this dream location, you can see also the mainland of Greece, and other islands in the distance. A perfect place to capture the most loving moments of your holiday during sunrise, daylight, or moonlight, also take pictures of the small church of Zoodochos Pigi with its Byzantine icons, or of the huge pinewood with the ancient Venetian castle.

Xigia Sulfur beach, (also known as Collagen Beach) with its collagen and natural Sulphur sweeping on the shore, at this unique phenomenon, the water appears to be a milky blue color which is stunning, this is meant to boost collagen which has a lot of health benefits for your skin. The lush, secluded beach is quite small but the color is beyond beautiful, taking a path in the natural Spa of Xigia beach will stay in your memory for a long time. And if you need any refreshments on the beach, look out for the most ingenious and funny way they get drinks down to the beach…brilliant! It is very picturesque and has good photo opportunities from the clifftop.

4. We will head to the Navagio beach at midday, the right time, the sun and sea will sparkle in many shades of turquoise. In addition, the area is filled with green, especially rosemary and sage. From the platform, you will be able to see and photograph what is considered one of the 30 most beautiful beaches all over the world. Nevertheless, from here you can see neither the whole cove nor the whole shipwreck and again (for safety reasons) you will follow the guide walking about 10min along a stony path leading out to the cliff top to a high promontory facing the sea, where he will help you capture the best photos of the iconic images of the cove and the shipwreck at the background. The water is so clear that when you take pictures of boats from above, it seems weird as you can see the shadow on the seabed and giving the illusion that they are floating over the water instead of touching it.

5. Sailing back along the west coastline of Zakynthos, the blend of emerald waters, a beautiful seabed, sheltered coves, secluded beaches, and amazing blue caves. The blue caves are one of the island's most famous attractions after the shipwreck beach and while these natural wonders have been formed by continual erosion of the cliffs, they create a series of magical chambers. They take their name from the sapphire color cast by the sunlight shimmering through the water and being reflected into the caves. Our small-medium sized boat allows us not only to get right into some of the caves but you can also enjoy swimming and snorkelling inside, enjoying its breathtaking natural turquoise seawaters which paint the limestone and everything around in a stunning, ethereal blue.

7. It is one of the most hidden places and maybe for this reason more beautiful and wild on the entire island. To get there you have to pass through the mountain village of Agios Leon. It is a real fiord stupefying the visitor with the clearness and colors of the waters.

About Zakynthos

Zakynthos, also called Zante, is an Ionian Greek island known for the Navagio shipwreck cove, sea caves and turtles that nest on its southern beaches.

Zakynthos lies off the west coast of the Peloponnese, a green island with a fertile central plain, olive groves and tall cliffs on its western side. The Venetians called it the flower of the east. Zakynthos Town, rebuilt after the earthquake of 1953, spreads along the harbour with a long waterfront, arcades and Solomos Square, named after Dionysios Solomos, the poet whose verses became the Greek national anthem.
