Soft and oily clay soils from the mountains of Avanos and the old beds of the Kızılırmak are sieved and kneaded into mud. With the skillful shaping of the mud on the counter with a master's foot, the most important works of art of Cappadocia would be created today, which is a domestic need in ancient times.
