5Shuttle Service to Mont Saint Michel
The Bayeux Shuttle was an excellent way to visit Mont Saint Michel. We stayed just minutes from the pick up point so it was so easy and stress free. Our driver was quite a pleasant women who did an excellent drive from Bayeux to Mont Saint Michel and explained everything to us regarding our visit there. We had plenty of time to visit the area and it was quite a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend the Bayeux Shuttle.
5Mont Saint Michel Experience
We thoroughly enjoyed our shuttle trip to Saint Michel with this tour. Our tour driver was very professional and was attentive to the needs of everyone on the shuttle. We don't remember her name, but we were so impressed at how she drove professionally, explained what we were seeing, and made sure that she accommodated the needs of all of the passengers. She was also able to explain what was special about the town of Saint Michel and what to see so that we could enjoy our visit. She also went above and beyond to get us back in time to catch our train. The van was comfortable, and the ride was pleasant. We highly recommend this tour experience.

What a beautiful historical place. Lots of steps! Our driver gave us lots of information before we got there. Watch out for the seagulls. They stole my crepe right out of my hand!

About Bayeux
Bayeux is a small Norman town of medieval lanes and a Gothic cathedral, home to a famous embroidery of the Norman conquest and close to the D-Day beaches.
A strip of embroidered linen almost seventy metres long, made in the eleventh century, tells the story of the Norman conquest of England in 1066 and hangs in its own museum in town. The cathedral, whose crossing spire towers over the rooftops, was consecrated in 1077 with William the Conqueror present. Bayeux escaped bombing in 1944, so its old centre of half-timbered and stone houses along the River Aure is largely intact.
Top-ranked sights in Bayeux: Omaha Beach, Pointe du Hoc, Normandy American Cemetery and Memorial.
