Itinerary
Stop at the koutoubia mosque. The Koutoubia Mosque was built in the late 12th century. It's not particularly high—about 250 feet—but it towers over the Medina thanks to a long-standing planning ordinance that forbids any other building in the old city to rise above it.
Pass by Youssef ben Tachfine mausoleum and learn about the founder of the city of Marrakech.
stop at Bab Agnaou and admire the most beautiful gate of Marrakech. Bab Agnaou is a twelfth century gate decorated with stones.
walk from the Kasbah district and arrive to the Mellah district. the Mellah is a fifteenth century district where the jews lived in Marrakech.
with your guide you will visit the Bahia palace and discover the beautiful architecture. This 19th century palace is elaborate in its decoration and was built over a period seven year for Ba Ahmed, the son of the Grand Vizier Si Moussa. There are row after row of apartments—that once housed Ahmed's harem—a trapezoidal garden, a huge tiled courtyard, and many hidden treasures, both in the form of antique objects d'art, and the palace's convergence of Andalusian and Moorish architecture.
Walk from the Bahia palace to discover jemaa el fna and enjoy the activity of the square. Jemaa el-Fna, is the main square in Marrakech. In the evenings, it becomes a venue for alfresco eating and entertainment with troupes of acrobats, storytellers, magicians, dancers, and semi-mystical Gnawa musicians. The souks offer a vast array of merchandise and offer an insight into a way of life unchanged for centuries.
Discover the iconic 16th century coranic school. Marvel at the architecture.
Discover the different souks and watch artisans working in their shops.

About Marrakech
At the foot of the Atlas Mountains, red-walled Marrakech is famed for its maze-like medina, lively main square and tranquil riads and gardens.
Jemaa el-Fnaa, the great square at the centre of the medina, changes character through the day, from juice sellers and snake charmers in the morning to smoke-wreathed food stalls and musicians after dark. The minaret of the Koutoubia Mosque rises nearby as the city's landmark, and the souks spread north in a warren of lanes selling leather, lanterns, carpets and spices.
Top-ranked sights in Marrakech: Atlas Mountains, Tizi-n'Tichka Pass, Jemaa el-Fna (Djemaa el-Fna).
