Back at our family home, we'll prepare and enjoy traditional Moroccan mint tea while getting to know each other. The cooking class is fully hands-on. You'll learn authentic techniques for preparing Moroccan tagines, from peeling and chopping to seasoning with traditional spices such as Ras El Hanout. As we cook, we'll share stories about Moroccan culture, traditions, and everyday life. Working together as one team, you'll prepare several different dishes, allowing you to learn a wider variety of recipes and cooking techniques. At the end of the class, you'll sit down and enjoy the delicious meal you've prepared together.
