  • 1This experience gave me a meltdown

Absolutely ridiculous. My entry was at 2:00 PM and I arrived at 1:50 PM. I missed their call because I was on the phone, called them back literally ONE MINUTE later, then kept calling and messaging with no response. They finally answered at 2:14 PM just to say they had already left and it was non-refundable. I WAS THERE BEFORE MY ENTRY TIME. Completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. It’s not my fault if no one is answering the calls and messages.

  • 5Amazing experience

We had an amazing experience at the Louvre with our wonderful guide, Michelle! She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about the art and history of the museum. Michelle did such a great job bringing the artwork and stories behind the masterpieces to life. She made the tour interesting and engaging, and she was fantastic at answering all of our questions. We learned so much while still having a fun and enjoyable experience. The Louvre can feel overwhelming because there is so much to see, but Michelle made it easy to navigate and made sure we saw the highlights without feeling rushed. We absolutely loved our tour and would highly recommend Michelle to anyone visiting the Louvre. She made our experience truly special and memorable!

About Paris

Paris pairs grand boulevards and riverside monuments with café terraces, art collections of global stature and neighbourhoods that feel like villages.

The Seine runs through the heart of the city, past the Île de la Cité with Notre-Dame and the Sainte-Chapelle, the long façade of the Louvre and the Musée d'Orsay in its former railway station. Downriver, the Eiffel Tower rises over the Champ de Mars, and the Arc de Triomphe crowns the Champs-Élysées.
