From there it’s off to the “Golden Flower of Europe award” an award-winning Ethno village to learn about the history of Skradinski Buk. In addition, your guide will show you the rich diversity of the Flora, 1022 recorded species, and the endemic, rare and threatened fauna of Krka National Park. • 3Very Nice But Not Amazing

The guide Leo was friendly and informative but it is quite basic. The guided part is mostly on the coach journey. You are dropped at the top and follow a path to the bottom with a few viewpoints at the bottom. For me, I’d rather have been dropped at the main falls and felt the walk done the trail added little to the experience. The falls were not in full flow but nonetheless lovely to look at. Despite queuing for the boat, when it came, lots of people pushed in as there was no organisation. The trip is good value for the coach journey but not really a tour as I am used to. I found time passed very quickly; longer would have been better.

  • 4Nice day

Very pretty but park area was a little janky. Needed to update it a bit. Long lines for the bathroom. But the falls were pretty. You need to be ambulatory to do planks and stairs.

  • 5Day trip to Krka and Skardina

Fabulous day out to Krka National Park and Skardina town. Information on how to get to the meeting point and timings were very helpful. The coach was clean and air conditioned. Big thanks to our guide Leo! Very informative and funny. He created a WhatsApp group with maps of the national park and lots of info on where to go when to get the boats and how to find the coach. No delays everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend this tour with Leo and his lovely driver. We walked up to the fortress in Skardina which was well worth a visit for the views. Thanks again for a great day out.

  • 5A wonderful Krka Waterfall experience

We had a fantastic day on the Krka Waterfalls tour with Leo! The transfer was comfortable and air-conditioned, and Leo was an entertaining guide who shared lots of interesting facts about the area. The trip was beautiful, and all the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The boat ride to Skradin was also lovely. Highly recommend this tour and Leo!

About Split

Split is a busy Dalmatian port built within and around a Roman emperor's palace, with ferries to some of Croatia's loveliest islands.

Diocletian's Palace, built around the turn of the fourth century as the emperor's retirement home, is the old town itself: its walls, cellars and courtyards hold homes, shops and cafés. The Peristyle, the colonnaded heart, leads to the Cathedral of St Domnius, once the emperor's mausoleum, and its bell tower gives views over the rooftops.

Top-ranked sights in Split: Budikovac Island (Veliki Budikovac), Blue Lagoon Croatia (Krknjasi Bay), Peristyle Square (Peristil).
