5Excellence driver ftom Kochi to Munnar
Biju tours organized Thaufeek the driver to take us from Kochi to munnar. He was an exellent driver, extremely friendly, he stopped whenever we wanted and he got us safely to Munnar. Thanks!
5Brilliant Munnar Tour - plenty to see and do!
Thoufeek made this daytrip a unique one to forever remember! He showed up early for my 06:30 hotel pick up time. That meant we started on time and travelled smoothly to the Munnar region. The car was in good condition and the AC worked well. We enjoyed a breakfast of hot local tea and a tasty pastry snack. The day activities were fully personalised from the car music to: waterfall, medicinal garden tour, zip lining, view point, tea factory tour, chocolate factory and glass bridge. Lunch was a great meal at Farm Yard restaurant. A lot was packed into the day, yet the pace was calm and relaxed. Thoufeek patiently navigated the evening traffic to get me back to the hotel. He was just as friendly and supportive 13hrs later; a hard working person who clearly loves his home city. Take this unique tour and be sure to ask for Thoufeek as your guide!
5The process of the...
The process of the booking was obviously smooth. I got contacted by the agency a day prior. Mr babu reached 15min early than the scheduled time for our pickup. He doubled down not just as an awesome driver, but a knowledgeable guy who in our 12 hours of the trip tried to show us and explain most of the things that he could. We asked for a peaceful day trip to Munnar and we got that. Would 100% recommend fellow travellers to book through here.
5Flexible, friendly and simply exceptional
Buji Tours has been exceptional. Flexibel, friendly and attentive. Our driver Babu drove us through Cochin and the hills with a smile while negotiating the heavy traffic. We booked again right away for the next day.
5Excellent Service from Start to Finish
We are very satisfied with this experience. We were worried about the journey at first, but Shiju’s professionalism immediately put us at ease. He is an excellent driver and a great guide: attentive to his customers, reassuring, and kind. Thank you !
