5Amazing rafting experience!
Our family of four, including two teenage boys, had such an amazing time rafting with Canadian Outback Rafting. It was our first rafting experience and we had so much fun. All of the staff were incredible and made the experience so much fun. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to have a great outdoor activity.

5Great fun experience - just fix the waiver completing process
We had a great time overall. My comment and suggestion is to review and make the WAIVER filling a lot more user friendly. There were 3 of us in our party. 1 adult, one 10+ minor (youth) and, a 16+ minor (youth). As the guardian, I was asked to complete the waiver for the 2 youths, ahead of time. I complete my waiver online but, after I completed mine, I had no idea where to complete the other 2 waivers.I expected for the waiver to be listed immediately after mine, complete the birthdays, etc. and that'd be it OR, perhaps it was only me to have to complete it and, they'd be under my waiver. When we arrived to check in, I was advised I would need to complete the youth waivers. I explained what had happened but, although the ladies checking in were very understanding, I had to do it on an ipad. No issue. I did. After submitting one of the youths, I was advised that I had made a mistake on the birthdate of one of the youths. That I needed to correct it and resubmit it. I expected to edit the mistake and resubmit the waiver. No, I was to complete the waiver all over again. It was a very inconvenient way of completing it. This process is NOT customer friendly and I would suggest you make changes to waiver completion process. I am sure I am not the first person to mention this. Now, Toby (our guide) and all of the staff were excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and kind and, we had a lot of fun. Thank you! Sincerely, Carlos A. Contreras
5Absolutely amazing experience with Canadian Outback Rafting!
We joined the Elaho Exhilarator as a group from Mungeh Eco Tour Association, and everyone had such a great time. From the moment we arrived, the entire team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, respectful, and professional. A very special thank you to our rafting guides, Alex and Tom — you guys were absolutely fantastic! Professional, knowledgeable, fun, and full of great energy. You made us feel safe while keeping the whole experience exciting and memorable. You truly made this an unforgettable day for our entire group! We also really appreciate the reservations team for being so helpful, patient, and flexible while we were organizing our group and finalizing the number of participants. The communication and support throughout the booking process were excellent. Beautiful scenery, exciting rafting, great organization, and most importantly, an amazing team of people. Thank you, Alex, Tom, and everyone at Canadian Outback Rafting for such a memorable experience. We truly appreciate everything you did for our group and would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone looking for an unforgettable rafting adventure!

About Squamish
Squamish sits at the head of Howe Sound in British Columbia, beneath the granite wall of the Stawamus Chief, a base for climbing and hiking.
At the head of Howe Sound, a long fjord north of Vancouver, Squamish lies between the water and steep, forested mountains. The Stawamus Chief, a granite monolith that rises hundreds of metres above the town, draws climbers to its walls and hikers to its three summits, while Shannon Falls drops more than three hundred metres in a long white ribbon beside the highway.
