The experience might include art creating, nature-based art creating, poetry, singing, authentic writing, authentic movement and mindfulness depending on your preferences and your moment to moment experience. The artistic outcome is non applicable as in this particular experience the arts are only the means to open up, express and realign with yourself. Meeting point
