Eden Mill Classic Gin Experience

This is more than just a distillery tour — it’s a fully immersive gin experience in a truly special setting. From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed with a perfectly served G&T before stepping into our purpose-built gin room, where history, storytelling, and flavour come together. You’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at our striking copper still, uncover the unique botanicals that make Eden Mill gins so distinctive, and enjoy a guided tasting of our three signature creations. What makes this experience even more memorable is the location itself — perched on the banks of the Eden Estuary, with sweeping views of the St Andrews skyline. After your tour, you can extend your visit in our top-floor bar, soaking in the scenery, or even test your swing in our golf simulator — a nod to St Andrews’ world-famous sporting heritage. With exclusive discounts in our retail space, it’s the perfect way to savour, celebrate, and take home a piece of Eden Mill.
