5Amazing!
We had a wonderful experience renting bikes with Conrad and his dad. They were so gracious on the phone helping us find the location and when we ran into an issue on our way back (kids…) they were so understanding and helpful. Highly recommend.
5Amazing experience.
Amazing staff. Very reasonable prices. Historic for a reason.
5Biking Ottawa
Good service. Easy process to rent. Well maintained bikes. We rented the cruisers. Very comfortable bikes. Spent 2.5 hours riding the bike paths. Easy location right on the canal for pick up and drop off. Highly recommend these guys!!!
5Rentabike - excellent bikes and very helpful staff
After booking through a 3rd party website which accepted our booking and payment when there were no available places we contacted Rentabike and they couldn't have been more helpful. They apologised for the booking error - although it wasn't their fault- and sorted us out with excellent electric bikes and a self guided route along the Rideau canal. We spent 3 hours on the cycle paths along the canal ending up at the Parliament Building. They are really nice and helpful people. My advice is to book direct with them and not through a 3rd party.
5Tulip touring
An absolutely spectacular experience. We rode to Commissioner’s Park, and explored the tulip festival, then up to the falls. Every moment was spectacular.
5A Great Experience
Great customer and provided us all the help needed to start our beautiful journey along the water. No complications and completely prepared even with larger groups!!

About Ottawa
Ottawa, Canada's capital, stands on the Ottawa River with Gothic towers on Parliament Hill, a historic canal and a string of national museums.
Parliament Hill rises above the Ottawa River, its Gothic Revival towers topped by the Peace Tower and its carillon. Below it the Rideau Canal, opened in 1832 and now a World Heritage Site, winds through the city, and in winter its frozen surface becomes a skating route several kilometres long. Nearby are the ByWard Market, the National Gallery of Canada, with a giant spider sculpture outside its glass pavilion, and the twin-spired Notre-Dame Cathedral Basilica.
Top-ranked sights in Ottawa: Rideau Canal, Ottawa Parliament Hill, Canadian Museum of History.
