Those whose wishes were granted would untie the pieces of cloth they had tied and then put them in the water. The branches of the wishing trees were filled with evil eye beads, and the fruits of the tree became these beads.

About Goreme

Göreme sits in the heart of Cappadocia, a surreal landscape of fairy chimneys, cave churches and dawn skies filled with hot-air balloons.
