About Antalya
Antalya anchors Turkey's Turquoise Coast, a sunny city of Roman gates, an old harbour quarter, waterfalls and long Mediterranean beaches.
Kaleiçi, the old quarter, winds down to a Roman harbour through lanes of Ottoman houses, small hotels and cafés. Hadrian's Gate, built in honour of the emperor's visit, marks the entrance, and the fluted Yivli Minaret is the city's emblem. Clifftop parks look across the bay to the Taurus Mountains.
Top-ranked sights in Antalya: Duden Waterfalls (Duden Selalesi), Antalya Old Town (Kaleici), Aspendos.
