Itinerary
Very early at 5:00 AM, we will pick you up from your hotel and head south of Cusco for two hours to a restaurant where we can have breakfast and use the restrooms. Afterward, we will travel for another hour into the mountains, reaching an altitude of 4,800 meters above sea level. Along the way, we can observe local life and customs, including llamas and alpacas. We will then arrive at Rainbow Mountain, where erosion and natural glacial meltwater have created a rainbow of colors, composed of various minerals such as iron and calcium. To reach Rainbow Mountain, we will hike for two hours or choose to ride a horse for an additional fee. The altitude will be noticeable, and we will use small oxygen tanks for this. After this experience, we will return to Cusco, arriving at approximately 2:00 PM, and drop you off at your hotel or another location of your choice.

About Cusco
Cusco, the old Inca capital high in the Peruvian Andes, blends massive stone walls with colonial churches and is the gateway to Machu Picchu.
The Plaza de Armas is the heart of the city, framed by the cathedral and the Jesuit church of La Compañía. Inca stonework survives throughout the centre, most famously at the Qorikancha, the sun temple on which the Spanish built a monastery, and in the twelve-angled stone on Hatun Rumiyoc street. San Blas, the artisans' quarter, climbs steeply with workshops and cafés.
Top-ranked sights in Cusco: Aguas Calientes, Machu Picchu, Ollantaytambo Ruins.
