  • 5A Great Day!

Our family had the best day! Abe is a very knowledgeable and friendly tour guide. His English is very good. We enjoyed all the stops we made and really learned a lot from Abe at each one. I highly recommend doing this, you won’t regret it.

Abe was our guide and Willy was our driver. They were both great and we loved all the spots we visited. The highlight for us was Chinchero where we learned about the weaving process. We bought some sweaters there too!

  • 5Wonderful Sacred Valley tour with excellent guide

We loved this full day tour which included the key Sacred Valley sites at Ollantaytambo, Chinchero, Moray and Maras. Hugo was a brilliant guide, knowledgeable, informative, friendly and helpful. He spoke excellent English and gave detailed historical background information at each site. He looked after us very well and was also happy to go at our slow pace as we were acclimatising to the altitude. We had a very comfortable minivan for the 4 of us with excellent driver. We highly recommend this tour.

About Cusco

Cusco, the old Inca capital high in the Peruvian Andes, blends massive stone walls with colonial churches and is the gateway to Machu Picchu.

The Plaza de Armas is the heart of the city, framed by the cathedral and the Jesuit church of La Compañía. Inca stonework survives throughout the centre, most famously at the Qorikancha, the sun temple on which the Spanish built a monastery, and in the twelve-angled stone on Hatun Rumiyoc street. San Blas, the artisans' quarter, climbs steeply with workshops and cafés.

Top-ranked sights in Cusco: Aguas Calientes, Machu Picchu, Ollantaytambo Ruins.
