Itinerary
It is in Soultz, a small town located at the southern gates of the Alsace vineyard that the Roth family cultivates vines since the 1940's, on the sandstone and limestone soils of the hills protected from the Vosges mountains. They combine high standards, rigor and sensitivity and produce Great Bio Wines, identifiable by their stature, their precision and their longevity. Patrick, Christophe, Victor and Charlotte ROTH, 3rd and 4th generation of winegrowers-harvesters, make beat the heart of the Domaine.
Discover Eguisheim, one of France’s most beautiful villages, nestled in the heart of Alsace’s vineyards! With its circular cobbled streets lined with flower-filled half-timbered houses, lively squares, and medieval castle, Eguisheim is a treasure trove of charm and authenticity. Savor local wines, stroll through sunlit gardens, and let the stories of this picturesque village—where every stone whispers a legend—capture your imagination. An unforgettable escape blending tradition and the art of living! We offer several options for lunch in the heart of the village named "favorite village of the French people" a very few years ago.
Famille Meyer | Domaine du Bollenberg The Domaine du Bollenberg is a family-owned, family-run independent vineyard and restaurant in the heart of the famous Alsace region in France. Since 1947, we have a long and proud tradition combining ecological agriculture with traditional processing methods to produce award winning wines. We invite you to visit our estate, explore our vineyards, dine in our restaurant and discover some of the worlds most desirable and unique wines and spirits.

About Colmar
Colmar, in Alsace, is a half-timbered wine town of flower-lined canals and pastel houses, set between the Vosges mountains and the Rhine.
Colmar's old town is a compact maze of half-timbered houses with steep gables, painted in blues, pinks and ochres, around the Church of St Martin. The Maison des Têtes, covered in carved faces, and the Pfister House are among the finest. In Petite Venise, flower-hung houses stand along the Lauch river, and flat-bottomed boats glide beneath the bridges. Auguste Bartholdi, the sculptor of the Statue of Liberty, was born in Colmar.
Top-ranked sights in Colmar: Little Venice (Petite Venise), Unterlinden Museum (Musee Unterlinden), St. Martin's Church (Eglise St-Martin).
