5Peruvian cooking in Arequipa
Great fun thing to do in Arequipa. Our chef guide was engaging and fun. The flambé part of the cooking was great. We added on the wine tasting which was interesting and informative.

5Excellent Cooking Class in Arequipa
Great cooking class in a beautiful setting in Arequipa. The instructor spoke Spanish and English and was patient and helpful. The rocoto relleno and salterito salad we made was very nice. I would highly recommend this class.
5Fun cooking experience in Arequipa.
It was a very fun experience. It was very hands on. We got to do all the chopping and cooking over a fire.
5A great activity to meet people and enjoy good food together
This was one of our favorite experiences from our Peru Trip. Diana was our Chef and she was amazing and fun. We met people from other countries and cooked together, which really makes it a great experience. It is a great plan with the family in Arequipa. The location is a beautiful hotel in the historical area of the city. We got to meet other travelers and share a meal we all cooked together!
5Great experience in small groups
We really enjoyed our cooking class with Jessi. We learned a lot about the Peruvian kitchen and had a lot of fun. Highly recommend!

About Arequipa
Arequipa, in southern Peru, is a white-stone colonial city beneath the cone of El Misti volcano, close to the deep Colca Canyon.
Arequipa lies at about 2,300 metres in the dry southern Andes, with the cone of El Misti volcano rising above it and Chachani and Pichu Pichu on either side. Its centre is built from sillar, a light volcanic stone that has earned it the name of the White City. The Plaza de Armas has arcades, palms and the cathedral, whose façade stretches the full length of one side.
