Please make your own way to the meeting point and check in at the Ocean Sky counter at 5:30 PM or 7:15 PM, depending on your selected departure time. Guests are advised to arrive 15–30 minutes early, as late arrivals may incur an additional fee or may be considered a no-show.

• Children aged 4–10 years qualify for child tickets and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
• Buffet dining is available for approximately 1.5 hours from departure time: 06:00 PM–07:30 PM for the 06:00 PM departure, and 07:30 PM–09:00 PM for the 08:00 PM departure.
• The live performance takes place from 06:40 PM–06:50 PM for the 06:00 PM session and from 08:10 PM–08:20 PM for the 07:30 PM session.
• Photos with performers are optional, and a gratuity of around THB 100 per photo may be appreciated.
• Late arrivals may incur an additional transfer fee of THB 50 per person by speedboat or THB 500 for a private boat transfer.
• The buffet is served as a shared selection, so allergy-specific meals or special dietary requests may not be available. Guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions should choose dishes carefully.
