Highlights
Have you ever wondered how the Bavarian food culture with pretzels, white sausage and liver cheese came about? The sweet kitchen with strizel, knee cake and co. also tells exciting and funny stories. Your tour guide will guide you through traditional Munich pubs, family-run cafés and popular delicacies, purely according to the motto: Only the best for our guests. As you sample the culinary highlights of Munich’s Old Town, your guide will guide you along the city’s most beautiful and impressive sights, including interesting stories, funny legends and persistent myths: Whether Marienplatz, Frauenkirche, old Peter, Viktualienmarkt or the Jewish Center... There's a great magic in all these places. Of course, you also stop to sit in some restaurants and can chat with each other in an urgent way, as they say in Bavaria.

About Munich
Munich is the Bavarian capital, with a rebuilt old town, beer gardens, royal palaces and the Alps visible on clear days to the south.
Marienplatz, the main square, is overlooked by the neo-Gothic New Town Hall, whose Glockenspiel chimes with mechanical figures, and by the twin onion-domed towers of the Frauenkirche. The Viktualienmarkt close by is a food market with a beer garden. The Residenz, the former home of Bavaria's rulers, has lavish halls and a treasury, and Nymphenburg Palace stands in a park to the west.
Top-ranked sights in Munich: Neuschwanstein Castle, Marienplatz, Odeonsplatz.
