5A Good Way to See Konya
A pleasant tour, commentary is minimal but you get to see the whole city and there's a couple of scheduled stops at viewpoints. Staff were friendly.
5Good affordable way to get to Sille or the Butterfly Park.
Sightseeing tour where you can get off at selected stops. We chose Sille to explore. It was a fabulous very old historic village on the Pilgrim route from Istanbul to Jerusalem. I particularly wanted to see the church / museum there which is the main stop for pilgrims. It has a river running through the center of it, old cave dwellings, lots of cafes along the river, a dam and the Koprusco Satayn bridge.
5Thank you dear Sara, you are such a lovely person!
With this sightseeing you see everything you should see in Konya. What a nice sight over whole the of Konya!
5The experience was highly...
The experience was highly rewarding and thoroughly enjoyed. Our only minor disappointment stemmed from the two available options for visiting Kelebek Park. Had this information been provided at the time of ticket purchase, we would have been able to plan accordingly. Nevertheless, the overall experience was excellent, and the guide proved to be exceptionally helpful and informative.
4Good overview of the city
This was a very reasonable price for what is a full two hour bus tour of all the major sites of the city. Full English and Turkish commentary throughout. Seats were a little uncomfortable for two hours but it saved my old bones a lot of walking. It passes and gives some information on all the main places of interest including an overview of the ancient village (you could get off here if you wanted to) A good way to see this vast city if you are short on time.
5One of the must do things in Konya
Glad to find out that Konya had a bus tour experience. They include many sights in their tour. Over 60km covered in a couple hours. Loved the commentary as well as the Konya area music they play in between. The stop at Girls Rock is worth the trip. Great time.

About Konya
Konya, on Turkey's Anatolian plateau, is the city of the poet Rumi and the whirling dervishes, with a turquoise-domed shrine and Seljuk mosques.
Konya lies on the dry Anatolian plateau at about 1,000 metres and was the capital of the Seljuk Sultanate of Rum in the twelfth and thirteenth centuries. The poet and mystic Jalaluddin Rumi, known as Mevlana, settled here and died in 1273. His tomb, under a fluted turquoise dome, lies within the Mevlana Museum, a place of pilgrimage that also holds the hall of the dervishes. The Mevlevi order's whirling ceremony is still performed in the city, and Rumi's death is commemorated each December.
