5Delicious food prepared in her home, cozy, fun, warm.
Excellent class. The food we prepared was delicious! I will use these recipes when I get home: chicken tajine, eggplant, carrots, zucchini, peppers, bread. All of it tasted better than the restaurants we have visited here in Rabat. My wife loved it that we could sit. The chef is just what you are looking for- competent, friendly, great sense of humor, made us feel welcome and comfortable. This class was in her home. We prepared the food in her kitchen. Great atmosphere, cozy, fun, delicious.
5A must do in Rabat!!
What a wonderful opportunity to immerse yourself in Moroccan culture! Chef Khadifa welcomed us into her beautiful home where we spent the next 2 1/2 hours helping to prepare a delicious Moroccan feast! She even provided us with pen and paper to take notes so we can recreate the dishes back home. She’s warm, friendly and an excellent chef. I highly recommend this experience…you won’t regret it!
5Very authentic
Very authentic cooking experience. We assisted in making chicken tangine and Marokkeen pizza (bread) which tasted great. Would recommend for anyone especially if you can speak French (English works but limits the conversation a bit).

We had so much fun with Khadijah! We felt so welcome in her home and with her family and the food was delicious! This is a really unique experience and I would highly recommend booking if it sounds fun to you.

Its very interesiting to be inside the home of a local and she is very knowledgeable in Morocan cuisine. You will meet other people there, thats always a good thing. They might no do the class if its just you.

Fabulous day! We were warmly welcomed with mint tea & almond cookies. The cooking experience was fantastic with lots of hands on experience. We made 4 vegetable dishes, chicken tagine & Moroccan bread. Chef Khadja had a great sense of humour despite our language barriers! She taught my husband how to cook in 2 hours and I’ve been trying for 30 years ! So glad we did this & would highly recommend when visiting Rabat!

About Rabat
Rabat is Morocco's calm Atlantic capital, with a hilltop kasbah, a medieval tower, a royal mausoleum, Roman ruins at Chellah and a river-mouth beach.
Rabat lies on the Atlantic coast at the mouth of the Bou Regreg river, facing its twin city Salé across the water. The Kasbah of the Udayas, a 12th-century fortress with blue-and-white lanes and an Andalusian garden, stands on the cliff above the river mouth.
