Highlights
This cruise takes you to enjoy the beautiful scenery and the best swimming sites of the neighbouring islands of Lefkada! You´ll be able to take a look inside the famous cave of Papanikolis, where we also take time for our morning swim. At our village stop you have time to walk around the pretty, narrow streets and admire the view. Or if you prefer another swim, there are also beaches nearby. The highlight of the day is the beach stop - plenty of time for sunbathing and swimming in the crystal clear waters, as the crew prepares your delicious BBQ lunch, freshly on the spot! Umbrellas will be provided to give you a much needed shade from the hot Greek sun. On our way back home, we stop for one more swim on the famous "Onassis island". Fresh seasonal fruit and a local appetizer drink will be also served during the cruise. This is definitely THE TRIP for the whole family! Short distances from place to place ensure, that the smallest passengers enjoy it too!

Itinerary
Our first stop is at the Cave of Papanikolis, the second largest sea cave in Greece. You will have the opportunity to cruise all the way inside the cave and enjoy an unforgettable morning swim here.
Our second stop is on the island of Meganisi, at the village of Spartochori. Step back in time and see how the locals have preserved their old way of living. Explore the old, narrow streets and discover the charming little backyard gardens. The village is located up on a hill, so you can admire the wonderful views of the surrounding area as well. And if you get tired of walking, you can always relax on one of the local charming beaches.
Our longest stop will be at our beautiful Gerakas Beach on the Greek mainland (close to the Varko, which is marked here on the map). Enjoy plenty of free time to sunbathe and swim in crystal clear waters on this secluded beach. You can also practice your jumping skills from the boat at the shore stops! On this stop, you will enjoy a delicious BBQ lunch served directly on the beach.
Our last stop for one more swim is at the famous "Onassis Island". Hear a bit of history about the rich and famous people who have lived on the island while we cruise around, and enjoy your afternoon swim in one of the beaches.
On our way back we will cruise pass the Madouri and the Prince´s islands.

5An unforgettable day in the Ionian
The cruise was perfectly balanced between absolutely stunning views, lots of swimming, and fun facts! The beach bbq was delicious and the mojito hit the right spot! Thank you for the unforgettable day!

Amazingly fun trip , with the most friendly crew & efficient bar tender. Lunch was yummy & stories about the past as we sailed past numerous islands, very interesting. Could wish for a better day on Ionian Star!

Everything went like clockwork. Great crew, really interesting information and amazing destinations. The food was incredible.
55 star boat trip
A brilliant day out, with a knowledgeable commentary throughout and a tasty barbecue lunch on the beach. Red and white wine is available, together with soft drinks. The beach is stony and there are no chairs available, although sun umbrellas are provided. The boat is spacious and the toilet facilities are good with a proper flushing toilet and not the pump out variety. Well impressed! A thoroughly enjoyable day and highly recommended. 5 star!

Great, relaxed cruise! Not the rush thing you often get but take your time, relax and enjoy. The crew was excellent! The lunch/bbq at the beach was as greek authentic it can get. Again great.

About Lefkada
Lefkada is a green Ionian island joined to the Greek mainland by a short causeway, with white-cliff beaches, windsurfing bays and mountain villages.
Lefkada is reached by a causeway and a floating bridge at the island's northern tip, so, unlike most Ionian islands, it can be reached by road. Lefkada Town sits on a lagoon, with a waterfront of cafés, narrow streets and the old Santa Maura fortress guarding the causeway. Mountains cover much of the interior, and olive groves, vineyards and cypress trees fill the valleys.
