1. We head to Qorikancha, an ancient Inca temple dedicated to the sun god, Inti. This place is famous for its excellent Inca engineering and impressive stone walls, which were covered with gold. Today, the convent of Santo Domingo stands over the ruins, showing the fusion of Inca and colonial cultures.
