Kornelija will guide you step-by-step to make the salsa using ripe tomatoes, herbs, garlic, onions, and local olive oil. You will chop and mix the ingredients to create a flavorful salsa, balancing the freshness of the tomatoes with the aromatic herbs. About Hvar
Hvar is a long Adriatic island of lavender, vineyards and Venetian stonework, with a harbour town beneath a hilltop fortress.
Hvar town curves around a harbour on the island's south-west coast, with a broad stone square, a Renaissance loggia and a Venetian arsenal. The upper floor of the arsenal holds a theatre dating from 1612, among the oldest public theatres in Europe. Above the town, the fortress on the hill gives the best view over the red roofs and the Pakleni Islands offshore.
