5All round sensational experience!
Fabulous experience, we spent a few hours here - the 360 views are incredible, wine and cheese (Binnoree) perfectly matched - too much cheese for the 2 of us! Fortified wine from the barrel was delicious! As part of our experience we also received a bottle of fortified wine to take home - great value! Our experience was made so much more enjoyable by staff member Mel - very knowledgeable with an easy/down to earth approach to 'wine talk'. A refreashing change after a morning of stiff wine chatter at other sites! Mel casually walked us through the history of the site & family with some lovely anecdotal stories. Thanks Mel & the team at Audrey Wilkinson for a fab experience, we'll be back!
5Great winery and tasting experience
Very good service. We tasted several different wines and all were recommended by the staff serving us. Very knowledgeable staff. Good range of wines. Highly recommended.
5Awesome tasting experience
We had a wonderful tasting which was well above our expectation. Daniel set it all up perfectly in advance and Jade gave us a great tasting experience. We were all welcomed with a glass of bubbles and topped it off with a delicious cheeseboard. Our friends who were not members were blown away by the service, venue and extensive views.
5well worth the time and money
This was an intimate experience, with background history of the winery and wines, excellent local cheese board and knowledgeable staff.
5Highly recommended
I booked a wine tasting with a cheeseboard, my partner doesn’t drink wine so the cheeseboard kept him busy, the wine was lovely, the cheese was from Binnorie Dairy a local cheese company and was divine, the tasting was great with knowledgeable friendly staff members, we stayed for a couple of glasses outside afterwards as it was a beautiful afternoon and the view is stunning, highly recommend for a thoroughly enjoyable experience!
5Very friendly and knowledgeable staff
We had the cheese platter and enjoyed the experience with knowledgeable staff

About Hunter Valley
The Hunter Valley is a New South Wales wine region of vineyards, horse studs and low ranges, a couple of hours' drive north of Sydney.
The valley follows the Hunter River inland from Newcastle, with the main wine district around Pokolbin and the town of Cessnock at its gateway. Vines have grown here since the 1820s, which makes it one of Australia's oldest wine regions, and semillon whites and shiraz reds are its best-known bottles. Many cellar doors sit among gum trees and lawns, with long views across the rows.
