Then we will continue to the Surquillo market, where we will taste different local fruits, where the most outstanding is the lucuma, the best way to consume it is in smoothies and desserts. At the end, Chef Gonzalo del Risco and the team at the "Maraparte" restaurant will teach us how to prepare two of the most representative dishes of Peruvian gastronomy, Ceviche and Causa! You can also taste "Chicha Morada" a traditional drink from Peru. Non-alcoholic and prepared with a base of purple corn, one of the many super foods that we can find in our country.
