Then we will continue to the Surquillo market, where we will taste different local fruits, where the most outstanding is the lucuma, the best way to consume it is in smoothies and desserts. At the end, Chef Gonzalo del Risco and the team at the "Maraparte" restaurant will teach us how to prepare two of the most representative dishes of Peruvian gastronomy, Ceviche and Causa!
