Immerse yourself in an experience that will give you an authentic feeling of how the majority of mexicans travel and live, while enjoying the unimaginable views. We will be riding the cable bus to a popular barrio out of the city limits. This barrio has also been known for holding prehispanic items and history of these past cultures. Enjoy a unique look from above into the colorful neighborhoods with outstanding street art, thousands of Volkswagen beetles going around as taxi cabs, unthinkable steep hills and much more.
Cuautepec is a popular barrio which’s history goes all the way back to the years 2000 B.C. Some cultures like the chichimecas and Toltecs established some of there people around these lands, being this the way on how small artifacts were found in the early 1900’s. Now days, the streets of cuautepec are amazing to observe, so much energy, and people going around, houses built on challenging conditions due to the steep hills.
We will then go up the hills on a cab up to the highest part. The natural reserve we visit is also known as México City’s “last lung”, you will be impressed on how beautiful the views are from up there, giving you both a mix of nature and city.

About Mexico City
Mexico City is a vast, high-altitude capital built over the Aztec city of Tenochtitlan, rich in museums, murals, markets and outstanding food.
The Zócalo, one of the largest squares in the world, is framed by the Metropolitan Cathedral and the National Palace, where Diego Rivera's murals tell the story of Mexico. Beside them, the excavated Templo Mayor reveals the heart of the Aztec capital, and the Palacio de Bellas Artes, with its marble exterior and Art Deco interior, stands a short walk west.
Top-ranked sights in Mexico City: Teotihuacán, Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Frida Kahlo Museum (Museo Frida Kahlo).
