1. We’ll explore the Spanish neighborhood with its beautiful Andalusian architecture, then head to Feddan Square and the historic Jewish Mellah. Enjoy a 15-minute break tasting white cow cheese, dry fruits, and hot mint tea in front of the Royal Palace. Continue to the Old Medina, surrounded by 16th-century walls and seven gates. Visit Souk El Hout, where countryside women sell handmade products and you can enjoy a fun cultural photo experience. Finally we will discover the Kasbah from outside, built in 1286 and restored in the 15th century.

• 5I would come back just to see Abir again!

  A friend and I did a private tour of Tétouan with Abir and we had the best time. She helped us out even before we got to Tétouan helping us find a good place to park. Abir is such a warm, kind person and she's so knowledgeable. She knows her town and the people intimately. It was heartwarming to see how well-loved she is in her community and we completely understand because we were treated with the same care. She explained the intricate history of Tétouan and we visited a small market to watch artisans working. I bought a rug want to make it clear I never felt pressured to buy anything. I was specifically looking for one and felt Tétouan would be the best opportunity to get a fair price. Even after the tour, Abir gave us a recommendation for an incredible restaurant and checked on us late at night to make sure we made it to Chefchaouen safely. It really feels like we made a new friend, I can't recommend her tour enough.

• 5⭐️FANTASTIC Abir⭐️

  As a member of the ship’s staff, I joined a tour with Abir and a large group of tourists, first visiting Tetouan and then Tangier. The tour itself was very enjoyable, but what truly made the difference was our guide, Abir. She was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive to every detail and to everyone in the group, always available, kind, funny, friendly, and so much more. Everyone on the tour absolutely loved her, and all the feedback was extremely positive. As the group coordinator, I would also like to thank her for her valuable support and collaboration. It was a wonderful day spent in her company. Congratulations, Abir, and thank you for making the experience so special!

• 5Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

  My sister, niece, and I had a wonderful two full days visiting Tetouan and Chefchaouen with Abir, who is a delight. She expertly guided us through both towns and shared not just historical insights with us but also a look into the lives of everyday Moroccans. Both days were packed with amazing sights and ended with mint tea overlooking beautiful views. Our driver, Mohamed was great as well and very flexible. I highly recommend touring with Abir!

• 5Abir brings northern Morocco to life with joy!

  Abir is a true Moroccan gem! My sister, my daughter, and I contracted Abir’s services for two days of private touring in Tétouan and Chefchaouen and we parted feeling like family. Abir is knowledgeable, personable, full of fun and wants very much for you to see the wonders of her home town and region. She is available for group bookings but we loved having her to ourselves for two magical days for a private tour. We traveled to both towns in a comfortable minivan from our hotel and had delicious lunches and snacks along the way. Both days were concluded with delightful scenic stops for mint tea. I can’t say enough how much we enjoyed our time in northern Morocco because of Abir. Shukran bezzaf to our lovely Moroccan “sister!”

• 5Abir the best tour guide in Tetouan.

  We had the absolute pleasure of being brought through Tetouan's Spainish and Jewish quarters then meandering through the Median and Gold Souk with Abir. Abir has a beautiful natural and warm manner and it felt like we were walking around with an old friend. She was so informative and interesting to learn from. She spent well over the allocated time showing us around. If you're in Tetouan book a tour with Abir you won't regret it. She is absolutely amazing, with an infectious smile. Highly recommend her. About Tétouan

Tétouan is a whitewashed city in northern Morocco, with a World Heritage medina built by Andalusian refugees and a Spanish-era new town.

Tétouan sits in the foothills of the Rif mountains in northern Morocco, a few kilometres from the Mediterranean coast. Its medina, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, was rebuilt in the late fifteenth century by Muslim refugees from Granada, and its whitewashed houses, tiled fountains and carved wooden doors still show Andalusian style. Lanes lead to the square of Hassan II, in front of the royal palace.
