Itinerary
Your morning begins at your hotel lobby. Your private driver will greet you on time, holding a sign printed with your booking name and our company logo for easy recognition. You will take a clean air-conditioned charter vehicle for half an hour ride to the Terracotta Army Museum. Drivers only provide transfer service and will wait at the designated parking spot during your self-guided sightseeing.
Explore Xi’an’s iconic Ancient City Wall, the world’s most intact and well-preserved ancient city wall from Chinese imperial history. Standing 12 meters tall, the wall stretches 13.7 km in full circumference. Its top spans 12–14 meters wide, while the base reaches 15–18 meters thick.
Stroll around this landmark Buddhist architecture of Xi’an at your leisure. Admire ancient Tang-style pagoda buildings and take classic city landmark photos.
After exploring Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, wander through the bustling Muslim Quarter to dive into authentic local culture. Browse delicate traditional folk handicrafts and sample dozens of iconic Xi’an street snacks. Famous for its rich food scene, this district is beloved by travelers and local residents alike. Far more than just a tourist landmark, it serves as the city’s favorite spot for casual bites and daily leisure. In summer, the streets come alive with crowds of locals dining and relaxing after work. Beyond the well-known Beiyuanmen Street, Daxuexi Alley and Xiyangshi Market, the wider quarter covers hidden gems including Dapiyuan, Dongyangshi, Beiguangji Street and Qiaozikou. Locals collectively name this whole old neighborhood “Fangshang”. Wander these backstreets to witness genuine everyday Xi’an life — countless charming details await your exploration.
Nestled deep inside the Muslim Quarter, the Great Mosque of Xi’an (Huajue Lane Great Mosque) is a stunning fusion of traditional Chinese courtyard design and Islamic architecture. Built over 1,300 years ago in the Tang Dynasty, it ranks among China’s oldest and best-preserved mosques. Wander its four serene courtyards adorned with ancient stone steles, wooden pavilions and intricate Arabic calligraphy, and experience peaceful local Islamic culture hidden in the bustling downtown.
Standing at the heart of old Xi’an, the Bell and Drum Towers mark the city’s central landmark. For over 600 years, they used bronze bells and giant drums to announce sunrise and sunset in ancient times. Climb up to enjoy sweeping panoramic views over the entire Muslim Quarter and Xi’an City Wall. The towers glow brilliantly with warm lights after dark, creating a stunning night view you won’t miss.
Once finished, we will drive you back safely to your hotel.

About Xian
Xi'an, capital of many Chinese dynasties and the start of the Silk Road, is home to the Terracotta Army and intact Ming city walls.
The Terracotta Army, found by farmers digging a well in 1974, stands in vast pits outside the city: thousands of life-size clay warriors, horses and chariots buried to guard the tomb of Qin Shi Huang, China's first emperor. Each figure has its own face, and the scale is staggering.
Top-ranked sights in Xian: Emperor Qinshihuang’s Mausoleum Site Museum (Terracotta Warriors), Xi'an City Wall (Chengqiang), Big Wild Goose Pagoda (Dayanta).
