At Dunns River Falls, there is something for everyone; for the adventurous, try climbing the "Tornado" that starts from the entry on the beach (you will need to decline using multiple stairs to access this point); for the less adventurous you can enjoy the "Whirlpool Climb" and enter at the Banyan Tree area. And for those who do not wish to climb the falls, simple browse around the magnificent gardens and enjoy Mother Nature's gifts, lose yourself in the lush tropical foliage of Ferns, Bamboos, Ginger Lilies, Crotons, Orchids, and a variety of Palms and Breadfruit Trees. It takes approximately 60 to 90 minutes to climb the falls. Your time spent at Dunns River is approximately 1.5 hours.
After the completion of the Dunns River Falls, we head on over to Scotchies Jerk Centre for lunch. Try out our unique Jamaican Jerk Cuisine. (cost of lunch not included). About Trelawny
Trelawny is a rural parish on Jamaica's north coast, home to the Georgian port of Falmouth, a glowing lagoon and the Martha Brae River.
Falmouth, the parish capital, was once one of the busiest ports on the island, and it keeps one of the finest collections of Georgian buildings in the Caribbean, including its courthouse and old Anglican church. Cruise ships call at its harbour, and the historic streets are pleasant to walk.
